After a wonderful walk to Ingleborough and and along the ridge that contains Simon Fell and park Fell, we found ourselves back at the car looking for a pub. I always plan walks around pubs to ensure we have somewhere to talk it over and finish off the whole day out with a beverage, so it wasn’t by accident that the Old Hill Inn was 50 yards away, so we tagged a little extra on to the walk and went for a drink.

Did We Beat The Eggheads? – BBC 2 at 6.15pm on Mon 26th May
The station was quiet as we boarded an early morning train to Edinburgh
Sandra decided that as reserve quizzer she would be the question master
Shadow was up against C.J.
Roger took on Daphne
Judith was Leanne’s choice of opponent
Simon chose Chris
By process of elimination I was left with Kevin
With the Badgers triumphant we put the game away. We didn’t want to waste what limited brain power we have
We changed trains in Edinburgh as we headed for Glasgow
