Walk 23: Loafing Around

Walk 22: Blea(ve) It or Not

Blea Moor from Ribblehead: It only seemed like a few weeks since we were at Ribblehead to finish our Yorkshire tops challenge, but it had been nearly five months. We prepared for the off in thick mist and things weren’t looking too clever weather wise. The little bit of rain we had on the journey had stopped and the forecast was for a dry day but it didn’t look like we would get to see much of the surrounding scenery.

Walk 21: Short Sharp Shock!

Sharpah from Gargrave: This was meant to be the first walk of 2011 taking place on 2nd January, hence the walk title. Unfortunately I was struck down with the dreaded “man flu” or something even worse over New Year so the walk had to be postponed. We began this year’s walking last weekend although the turnout was only three and I was unsure if this walk would be any better.
