↑ Return to Badgers In Hibernation

Mick is a bit of a funny one really. He is more than capable of covering large distances, and always seems to enjoy the walks he attends, but he doesn’t attend very often. He proved he was capable of toughing it out, when he lost half his heel on our walk to Dodd Fell and Drumaldrace without knowing, until he took his boot off at the end and it was full of blood. There is a warning to anyone who doesn’t wear their boots in.

A member of the initial team that went up to the summit of Great Whernside, he will forever hold a place in Badger history, as will the Wally costume he wore on the day.

Mick’s Personal Statistics

Here you can see my personal achievements as a Badger; the distances I’ve walked, the time spent walking, the number of tops I’ve visited and many more.
